Terms & Conditions

 


By booking a trip with Excited Travel & Adventures , clients agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and ETAA

1. Booking and Payment

  •  15% of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking.  

  •  Full payment must be made 2  days before the trip start date.  

  •  Payments can be made via PayPal or Visa/ master card .  

  •  Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

 

  •  60% of the total cost if canceled 10 days before departure.  

  •   No refund for cancellations made less than 1 days before departure.  

  •   Excited Travel & Adventures reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Itinerary

  •  Excited Travel & Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

  •  No refunds will be provided for changes made for reasons beyond our control.  

  •  Clients may request changes to their itinerary, subject to availability and additional costs.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip/trek.  

  •  Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, accidents, and evacuation.  

  •  Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations.  

  •  Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, permits).  

5. Health and Safety

  •  ETAA  prioritizes client safety but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.  

  •  Clients must inform  Excited Travel & Adventures of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements before booking.  

  •  In case of emergencies, [Your Company Name] will assist in arranging medical treatment or evacuation at the client’s expense.

6. Travel Insurance

  •  Clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellations, and emergency evacuations.  

  •  Proof of insurance must be provided before the trip begins.

7. Liability

  •   Excited Travel & Adventures acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators).  

  •    Excited Travel & Adventures is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by third-party providers.  

  •  Clients participate in trips/treks at their own risk.  

8. Force Majeure

  •  Excited Travel & Adventures is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.  

9. Complaints

  •  Any complaints must be reported to the guide or company representative during the trip.  

  •  Complaints submitted after the trip will not be entertained unless previously reported.  

10. Privacy Policy

  •  Client information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.  

11. Governing Law

  •  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nepal.  

12. Amendments

  •   Excited Travel & Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

By booking a trip with Excited Travel & Adventures , clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
