The company is located in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. Mr. CHINTAN SILWAL  is the Chairman of the Company.

The Terms and Conditions contain information related to the Bookings, Cancellation, Payment, Refund, and other charges as per the company policy. It is essential that you read them carefully and understand them.

 

 

 

 Booking and Payment Policy

 

 

All bookings are made Via Our Website – or Email-chintan.silwal@gmail.com

Reservation: A non-refundable deposit (usually 20-30% of the total trip cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

 

Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trek begins.

 

Payment Methods Acceptable payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. Credit card payments may incur an additional service fee.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

If any cancellations have to made after full payment of any trip All cancellations and booking changes are only possible as mentioned in the points below:

(A) If you cancel the trip in a 15 day prior to the departure date, We will Deduct 30 % of total Trip  Cost  and remaining amount will be refund

(B)  if you cancel the trip  with Less than 15  days to the departure Date,  there will be 100 % charge, there would;be any refund.

 

 

Travel Insurance

 

- Requirement Clients must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking activities, including emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

-Proof: Proof of insurance must be provided before the trek begins.

 

 

4. Health and Fitness Requirements

 

- Fitness Level: Clients must be in good health and have a reasonable level of fitness. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the company of any pre-existing medical conditions.

- Medical Examination: A medical examination before the trek is recommended.

 

 

 5.Passport and Visa Requirements

 

- Passport: Clients must have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the end date of the trip.

- Visa: Clients are responsible for obtaining a Nepal visa. Visas can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or at Nepalese embassies/consulates.

 

 

 6.Itinerary Changes

 

- Flexibility : The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, trail conditions, political issues, or client’s health condition.

- Substitution: In such cases, an alternative itinerary or activities of similar value will be arranged.

 

 

 7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

 

- Company Liability: The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trip, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or health issues. Clients participate at their own risk.

- Client Responsibility : Clients must follow the guidance and instructions of the trek leader/guide at all times. Clients are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

 

- Agreement: By booking a trek with the company, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
