  •  Hotel Transfer: Arrive at Tribhuvan Airport and transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.

  •  Preparation: Settle in and have time to rest after the trip.

  •  Dinner: Welcome dinner and introduction to the retreat program

  • Swayambhunath Visit: Morning meditation at the famous “Monkey Temple” with panoramic views of the valley.

  •  Boudhanath Visit: Explore the stupa, one of the largest in the world, and practice meditation.

  •  Yoga Class: Evening yoga session to relax.

  •  Pokhara Transfer: Early morning departure for Pokhara (approximately 6-7 hours by car or 30 minutes by flight).

  •  Check-in: Arrive and check-in at a yoga retreat center on the banks of Phewa Lake.

  •  Sunset Yoga: Yoga session by the lake.

  • Morning Yoga Session: Sunrise yoga practice and meditation.

  •  Sarangkot Trek: Climb to Sarangkot for spectacular views of the Himalayas. Return to Pokhara for an evening yoga class.
